Passion

She sat in a glass booth selling tickets to those who wished to view her life. The price was negotiable but she never gave it away for free. There was no value to the encounter if people believed she was worth nothing. On this philosophy she built a steady clientele. These patrons enjoyed her company and left satisfied when it was time for them to go. She took pride in the fact that her windows were kept clean. Some customers hardly knew what to say, others could not find enough words to describe what they thought of her. But it was she who made it possible for their unbridled passion. She allowed her body to be their temple to enter, her mind their confessional, and her spirit their wandering whore to be damned and saved.
